Please contact our office at (904) 644-8100 for current pricing. Your first visit includes a consultation and evaluation so Dr. Chitra can thoroughly assess your condition and discuss a personalized care plan.
Plan for about 45 minutes. Your first visit includes a thorough consultation and evaluation — Dr. Chitra takes her time to understand your health history, perform her exam, and discuss your goals. Completing your paperwork online beforehand helps save time.
We accept United Healthcare and Medicare as long as either is the patient's primary insurance. We also accept Veterans Affairs (VA) and personal injury cases. For questions about your specific coverage, please contact our office at (904) 644-8100 — we're happy to help you understand your benefits before your first visit.
Typically, Dr. Chitra does not adjust on the first visit — the initial appointment is focused on your consultation and evaluation so she can fully understand your condition. However, it ultimately depends on your individual situation, and she'll determine the best course of action for you.
Not necessarily — it depends on your situation. Dr. Chitra determines whether imaging is needed based on her exam and your health history during your first visit. If you already have X-rays or other imaging from the past six months, please bring them in so she can review them.
